Enrollment
Thank you for your interest in Charnock Road Elementary! We are a UTK-5th grade elementary school and PALs PreSchool. Children must turn 5 years old by September 1, 2024 to be enrolled in our Kindergarten program, or must turn 4 years old by September 1, 2024 to be enrolled in our Universal Transitional Kindergarten program.
Three Ways to Enroll

Complete the Online Application. The office staff will follow up with you.

Download Enrollment Forms (see below). Complete forms at home and bring to Charnock Road ES during office hours. Please bring all enrollment documents with you.

Come to Charnock Road ES during office hours to pick up an Enrollment Packet. Complete forms at home and return to the office.
Resident Enrollment
Families living in our residential area complete one of the three enrollment options above.
Non-Resident Applicants
Families who do not live in our residential area can call or come to Charnock Road ES during office hours to add their child(ren) to our waitlist. We will review our current enrollment and capacity and contact you when there is space available. We will provide you with a signed permit application to complete and have signed by your resident school. Return the application to Palms and we will begin the enrollment process.
Required Documents to Bring for Enrollment
- Birth Certificate of enrolling child(ren)
- Utility Bill (electric, gas, water) or official government mail verifying your address
- Driver’s License or ID card
- Health Card
- Immunization Record
- Report card/transcript from your current school, if applicable
- GATE, IEP and/or 504 Plan, if applicable
